Specialty Ink Systems

A full kitchen of effect inks, matched to the garment and its wash life.

  • Plastisol, PVC/phthalate/formaldehyde-free, water-based and discharge systems
  • Puff, suede, gloss, metallic, foil, mirrored silver and cracking effects
  • Caviar beads, glitter and four-colour process (CMYK) printing
  • Nylobond additive for technical and waterproof fabrics; PU inks for soft hand-feel
  • Illusional colour prints that flash as the wearer moves

Sublimation Printing

Dye bonded into the fabric itself. Permanent, all-over photographic colour that keeps the garment's drape.

  • Prints that do not peel or fade, with no ink build-up on the fabric
  • Continuous photographic tones and edge-to-edge, all-over coverage
  • Papers, printing and application in-house, through to packed, retail-ready garments
  • UK design team developing up to 200 new designs a month, with a library open to buyers
  • Silicone printing available over sublimated fabric

Featured finish

Ink that responds to warmth.

Some finishes have to be seen in motion. This reactive print shifts colour as it warms, one of the effect systems in our ink kitchen.

One short process story

Printed, cured and inspected in-house.

From colour kitchen to automatic carousels to curing, the whole print run happens on one floor.
