Our story
From Leicester to Noida.
Simsotex opened its first printing unit in Leicester, UK, in the 1980s. As garment production shifted east, our buyers asked us to follow, and the Noida factory became operational in 2005. Today it is a fully automated screen-print facility producing decorative branding for major global apparel brands and licensed character brands, with capacity for 40,000 printed panels and 500,000 heat transfers a day.
Alongside every kind of silk-screen print, our specialisation is frictional silicone: prints for activewear, compression and technical garments, produced in finishes from basic colours to neon, glitter and reflective. Our latest development is the frictional 3D print.
Years of R&D sit behind two capabilities few factories offer. Silicone heat transfers for synthetic sportswear fabrics such as polyester, nylon and spandex blends are a product only a handful of companies worldwide have managed to commercialise. And we print silicone on water-repellent and coated fabrics, where it usually will not adhere, without it wearing off in riding and washing.
Around that core sits the rest of a garment's branding: hangtags, woven and printed labels, patches for garment decoration, elastics and printed tapes, all supplied under one roof through buyer nomination. Our Leicester unit studies market trends for upcoming seasons and develops samples for our buyers, and since our early days we have become a first-choice screen-printing partner for activewear manufacturers across North India.

We review the garment, artwork, application, quantity and intended use before recommending a route forward.

Design and Develop
The development team identifies suitable print methods, materials, trims and constructions. Artwork and specifications are refined before sampling.
03.
Prototype and Sample
Samples are produced so you can review the finish, placement, texture, construction and overall presentation.
04.
Validate
Where relevant, the sample is checked for colour, adhesion, stretch, wash performance and application suitability.
05.
Manufacture
After approval, the confirmed specifications move into production under the relevant manufacturing and quality controls.
06.
Deliver
The completed order is inspected, packed and prepared for delivery or for integration into your garment production.
