Who we are

This website is operated by SIMSO TEX SUBLIMATION PRINTING INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, an apparel branding and garment-decoration manufacturer. Our production facility is at A-22, Sector-68, Noida 201301, Uttar Pradesh, India, and our corporate office is at C-157, Phase-I, Ashok Vihar, North West Delhi, Delhi 110052, India. What we collect, and why

When you send an enquiry, through the Start Your Project form, the contact form or by email, we receive what you choose to tell us: typically your name, company or brand, email address, phone number if you give one, and the details of your project (garment type, technique, quantities, timelines and any artwork or reference files you attach). We use this to answer you, prepare quotations and samples, and carry on the correspondence you started. That is the whole purpose.

Like almost every website, the server that delivers these pages records technical request logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. We use these only to keep the site running and to limit abuse of the enquiry endpoint, for example by slowing a flood of automated submissions from one address.

What we do not do

This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no third-party analytics scripts and embeds no social-media trackers. Nothing is stored on your device, which is why you do not see a cookie banner. We do not sell, rent or trade anyone's details, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked us a question.

Confidentiality of briefs

Enquiries often contain unreleased designs, artwork and commercial plans. We treat the contents of your brief as confidential, use them only to develop and quote your project, and do not show your work or name in our own materials without your written approval. That is the same discretion we extend to every brand we produce for.

Who else sees your information

The people at Simsotex who handle your enquiry, and the service providers who make that possible. Our email and website hosting providers process messages and logs on our behalf. Beyond that, we would disclose information only if the law required it, or to professional advisers under confidentiality. There is no other sharing.

Where it is processed

We are an Indian company, and enquiry correspondence is handled by our teams in India and, for development matters, the UK. If you write to us from elsewhere, your details will be processed in those places. Our handling of personal data is governed by Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

How long we keep it

Business correspondence is kept while the enquiry, or the relationship it produced, stays live, and for as long afterwards as ordinary business record-keeping requires. If an enquiry goes nowhere, nothing is gained by hoarding it; ask and we will delete it.

Your choices

Write to simsotexindia@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. These requests are answered by us directly, without forms or portals, normally within a few working days.

Children

This is a business-to-business site for apparel brands and manufacturers. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, for example if we ever add analytics, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised before the change takes effect. The current version is always the one published here.
