Who these terms cover

This website is published by SIMSO TEX SUBLIMATION PRINTING INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED ("Simsotex", "we"), with its production facility at A-22, Sector-68, Noida 201301, Uttar Pradesh, India and corporate office at C-157, Phase-I, Ashok Vihar, North West Delhi, Delhi 110052, India. The site is information, not an offer

Everything here, from techniques and product families to capacities and finishes, describes what we are set up to do. It is not a quotation or a contractual offer. Whether a particular construction suits a particular garment, what it costs, what the minimums are and when it can be delivered are all confirmed per project, in writing, after we have seen the brief. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed quotation, purchase order or production agreement, that document wins.

Product imagery and colour

The photography on this site shows real development and production work from our facility. Screens render colour differently from ink on fabric, and different fabrics take the same ink differently, so images are a faithful guide to the kind of result a technique produces, not a colour standard. Colour is approved on physical samples, never on screen.

Your artwork stays yours, and must be yours

Artwork, logos and designs you send us remain your property; sending them creates no licence for us beyond developing and producing your project. In return, you confirm you actually hold the rights to what you send. If artwork supplied to us infringes someone else's trade mark, copyright or licence, responsibility for that infringement sits with the party who supplied it.

Our content and marks

The text, photography, page designs and product names on this site, including Fusion Fit and Apex, belong to Simsotex. You are welcome to share links and to use excerpts when evaluating us as a supplier. Republishing our content as your own, or using our marks on competing goods or services, is not permitted.

Enquiries and confidentiality

Sending an enquiry creates no obligation on either side. We treat the contents of briefs as confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy, and we do not name clients or show their work publicly without written approval.

What we cannot promise about the site

We keep the site accurate and available with reasonable care, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw content at any time. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on the site itself, as opposed to obligations in a signed production agreement, which stand on their own terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute about the website. Disputes about a production contract follow whatever that contract says.

Changes

When these terms change, the new version is published here with a revised date. Your use of the site after that is on the updated terms.
