Garment Trims & Accessories

Woven & Printed Labels.

The signature inside every garment: main labels, size labels and care systems.

What it covers

Inside this family.

Each technique below is a separate decision on a tech pack. They are grouped here because they share a process, not because they are interchangeable.

  • Woven labels in multiple colourways and constructions
  • Printed labels and tickets for informational and brand use
  • Heat-transfer size labels for label-free comfort

Techniques

How each one behaves.

Woven Labels

The brand name woven from thread rather than printed on tape, so the letters are built from the structure of the label itself. Close up the weave is visible in the characters, which is the difference between a woven label and a printed one.

Printed Care and Content Labels

A soft printed textile label carrying care symbols, fibre content and origin. It sits inside the garment, usually at a side seam or below the main label, and it is deliberately softer and thinner than a woven label.

Printed Neck Labels and Size Marks

The main label and size printed directly inside the neckline instead of stitched in. The result is a label-free collar, which is now the expectation on soft product and children's wear.
