Printed and non-printed elastics and tapes for waist, neck and seam branding.

What it covers

Inside this family.

Each technique below is a separate decision on a tech pack. They are grouped here because they share a process, not because they are interchangeable.

  • Elastic waistbands with brand-critical print placement
  • Printed PP tapes and drawcords
  • Soft hand-feel concealed zipper tapes

Techniques

How each one behaves.

Printed Elastic Waistbands

A waistband carrying a printed or silicone repeat of the brand name. Because the band is under tension in wear, the print has to be laid so that the mark holds shape at both relaxed and stretched width.

Printed Neck Tape

A tape run along the inside shoulder seam carrying a repeating mark. It finishes the seam and brands the inside of the garment in the same operation.

Silicone-Dipped Cords

A cord finished by dipping the ends in silicone, forming a moulded tip that can carry a brand mark. It replaces a metal aglet, which is why it appears on product where metal hardware is unwanted.
