Dimensional Emblems.

Fusion Fit and Apex sculptural emblems. Branding you register by touch before you read it.

What it covers

Inside this family.

Each technique below is a separate decision on a tech pack. They are grouped here because they share a process, not because they are interchangeable.

  • Fusion Fit smooth raised emblem profiles
  • Apex sculptural emblems with sharper dimensional forms
  • High-frequency labels built for durability and premium finish
  • Precision embossing that adds depth and character

Techniques

How each one behaves.

Welded Emblems

A dimensional emblem bonded to the garment with heat rather than stitched. Removing the stitch line changes how the emblem sits: it reads as part of the panel instead of an addition to it.

Moulded Emblems

Emblems formed in a mould so the profile is controlled rather than built up in layers. Smooth domed forms and sharper faceted forms are two different tools, not two finishes of the same one.
